The beauty of yoga is in its diversity! At OZ yoga, we believe that there is a yoga practice for every personality type. One style of yoga may not resonate with you, but we are happy to offer a number of different styles of yoga to accommodate different tastes. We offer High-intensity classes, mixed-level classes, and low intensity classes. Wether its weight-loss, exercise, flexibility, strength, or mental clarity you are looking for...at OZ Yoga we are happy to offer it all, and accept any motivation for showing up to the mat. 

Power Yoga 

Category: High-Intensity/Weight Loss/Strength/Fitness.

Power Yoga is a fitness sequence. It draws upon yoga poses as inspiration for repetitive movements using body weight to build full body strength.

Yoga Cardio

Category: High-Intensity/Weight Loss/Strength/Fitness.

Yoga Cardio is a fitness sequence. It uses high intensity interval training alongside yoga sequencing to raise the heart rate, and build strength. 

Asana Master Class

Category: High-Intensity/Asana Challenge

Master Classes are strong physical classes that focus on building strength and flexibility to build up to difficult poses. Classes will focus on inversions, arm balances, back bends,  and techniques of getting into some of the more difficult poses.

Yoga for Beginners 

Category: Low-Intensity/Beginners/Prenatal

Yoga for Beginners starts with the basics, at a slow and welcoming level, postures and practice is explained in detail. Offering modifications for all body types. 

Yoga Foundations

Category: Mid-Intensity/Theory/Alignment

/Interactive.

Yoga Foundations breaks down alignment of poses, and the benefits of breathing types. 

Gentle Yoga

Category: Low-Intensity/Relaxation/Prenatal

Gentle Yoga is a relaxing practice, that stretches the body, relieves stress, and draws awareness to breath.

Yin 

Low -Intensity/Beginners/

Relaxation/ Prenatal/Restorative

A Slow-paced style of yoga, focused on opening up the body and flexibility. Poses are held for longer periods of time in order to target the deep tissue in the body. 

Candlelight Gentle Yoga

Low -Intensity/Beginners/

Relaxation/ Prenatal/Restorative

Dive into your own space in this practice in the candlelight. Relieve stress and flow through gentle poses.

Yogalates

Mid-Intensity

Yogalates combines the foundations of Yoga and Pilates into a unique sequence for building strength and control of the body.

Vinyasa Flow 

Category: Mid-Intensity/fast-paced/mixed-level.

Vinyasa connects the yoga poses with the breath to create a flow of movement from one pose to another. 

Hatha  

Category: Mid-Intensity/Theory/Alignment

/Interactive

Our Hatha classes focus on staying in the various traditional yoga postures in combination to the traditional pranayama or breath practice.

Ashtanga   

Category: Mid-Intensity/Flow/Mixed-Level

Ashtanga is a set sequence of poses codified by K. Pattabhi Jois, it is a strong  flow that builds strength and flexibility. 

Aerial Yoga

All Levels 

Often Referred to as Flying Yoga, Hammock Yoga, or anti-gravity yoga, aerial yoga is done from hammocks. This takes pressure off of the body and allows for a gentle but challenging practice. Limited Spaces - Pre Booking Required. 

Hot Yoga  

All Levels

(Not Recommended for Prenatal)

Coming Soon! Heated or Hot Yoga classes use high humidity levels combined with heat to loosen the body, sweat out toxins, and go deeper into poses. 

Dharma Wheel Yoga

All Levels

Yoga Wheels are a prop that assists in going deeper into the practice. Open up shoulders, safely move into backbends, and try a number of other fun poses on this amazing prop. Limited Spaces - Pre-Booking Required.
